## A local-first BSC payment workflow for independent teams

ChainPay Studio Pro is a single-file invoice ledger for freelancers and small studios that accept payments on BNB Smart Chain. It was made for the practical moment after work is agreed: the client needs a precise payment instruction, the operator needs a durable record, and neither side benefits from another dashboard, subscription, or data-collection layer.

The workflow starts with an invoice form. A user adds the client or payer, the deliverable, amount, asset, reference, due date, receiving wallet, and an optional note. The app supports native BNB and BSC USDT payment requests. For each saved invoice, it creates a wallet-ready EIP-681 payment URI and a structured payment brief that can be copied into email, chat, or a project workspace. That removes several common sources of confusion in crypto invoicing: the wrong network, an incomplete wallet address, an unclear reference, or an ambiguous amount.

The second part is a browser-local ledger. Saved invoices live in the current browser rather than in a hosted account. Each record can be viewed, opened as a payment request, marked paid after an independent check, and paired with a BSC transaction hash. The hash is intentionally recorded as a receipt reference rather than treated as proof by the app itself. Users should still inspect the actual chain transaction, recipient, token, amount, and finality in a block explorer before relying on it.

For bookkeeping and portability, ChainPay Studio Pro exports invoice data as CSV and can create or restore a JSON backup. This is useful for a freelancer who wants a small cashflow record without trusting a third-party database, and for a studio that needs to move a working file between devices. The app has no sign-up, analytics, tracking pixel, or backend dependency for its core workflow. Open the HTML file in a modern browser and it is ready to use.

The source is supplied as an editable evaluation build. Commercial use is licensed directly on BNB Smart Chain: a Solo license is 40 USDT for one business or client project, while a Studio license is 120 USDT for a business plus up to three separately branded client projects. A confirmed on-chain transaction serves as the license receipt. Licensees can modify and rebrand the source for the permitted scope, while standalone resale of the unmodified source and claims of affiliation are not permitted.

ChainPay Studio Pro is deliberately narrow. It does not custody funds, send transactions, provide tax advice, or replace on-chain verification. It helps professionals make the payment request, record, and export steps clearer.
